Dr. Steve Pulley, DPT, EMT

In addition to having a doctorate in Physical Therapy and an EMT certificate, recovery coaching and intervention certifications, Dr. Steve has far-reaching accomplishments in the outdoors space. He has completed several marathons and an Ironman triathlon. He also embarked on a cross country bicycle trip to raise money for student recovery resources, visiting 27 college campuses on the way.

Robert Shearon

Rob Shearon (he/him/his) is a recovery and wellness coach and the Founder and Executive Director of Reconnected, a non-profit foundation providing peer support resources in the Vail Valley.

Rob has worked as a professional ski instructor and guide for over 15 years, and also has organized events that range from week-long camping trips to national ski-a-thons where over 300 college students participated. These events result in lifelong connections that enrich the interconnecting web of recovery communities across the country and world.

Brad Waldo

Brad Waldo

Brad Waldo (he/him/his) has worked with families, teens, young adults, adults, executives, athletes, and touring musicians in his career in substance abuse and mental health treatment disorders since 2012. Additionally, he founded a non-profit organization in 2012 that brings recovery support services to artists, crew, and fans alike to large music festivals around the United States. Today, Brad is an avid cyclist both on- and off- road, as well as an experienced snowboarder and golfer.  An avid rock climber for years, Brad found the most enjoyment and adventure from big-wall trad-climbing. Most recently, he completed a 70.3 Half-Ironman triathlon in La Quinta, CA.
